Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Charges may vary. £2.75 for UK and £4.25 for rest of world.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal or credit/debit card.
Custom orders?
We will happily do custom orders. Feel free to contact us on our email, Contact Us page or DM us on social media.
What are your postage times?
Dispatch times
All clothing and apparel orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. All jewellery and accessories are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Our Clothing and some of our Art is sent from our distributor Prodigi, so please expect bulky orders to arrive separately with no extra cost to you. Some products might arrive before others but wait for the dispatch times and if your item has still not arrived, feel free to contact us.
My order's not arrived yet, what should I do?
If it's been longer than the postage times listed above, please let us know that it's still not arrived via email or through our Contact Us form.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post under standard postage. However, all parcels have a return address so if your item is not delivered and returns to us at any point then we will contact you to check the shipping address and post it back out to you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel/change my order?
As most orders are sent out within a couple of days, there's a significant chance your order is already on the way to you! But feel free to drop us an email or fill in the contact form and if it's not been shipped yet, we'll do our best to amend it for you.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
Returns are possible if requested within 7 days of you receiving your order. We do not process exchanges. We however expect you to cover the postage costs on return. Returns and replacements are available for faulty items. More information can be found on the T&C's page.
Are you looking for promoters/sponsors/influencers?
We're not currently looking for promoters or sponsors buuuuut feel free to drop us an email (info@dollandbone.com) with an updated CV, links to your social media accounts and why you'd be a great promoter for us, and we'll keep you in mind for when we are looking!
